Identification and definition of the data map and measurements that the business or process needs to manage its performance. We work with different definition methodologies and data use and visualization tools.

We lead and complement teams to help them in the transformation so that they can achieve their goals and manage the process of change. Through agile or traditional methodologies, we contribute with our experience and abilities to turn plans into results.
